I do not get to come here as much as I’d like, but enjoy your posts so much – and when i am scrolling the WP Reader- it is always a pleasure to skim a post.

I like the variety you offer – not just in content, but the different voices with various guest posters.
Also, I was pretty impressed when a post came out offering possible “help” and wellness services for folks. What a great resource to have available and I am not sure how the MakeItUltra Business actually is connected to this – but your posts are a rich resource and I have suggested the blog to a few people – and will share it with others as needed.
One person I sent here is a teen – growing and hungry.
Another was a guy – older – trying to improve health and contentment.
There have been a few more, but I just wanted you to know that….
and lastly, the posts are usually a perfect length and just so inspiring.

    Best wishes

  15. I love your blog, and think you do an incredible job keeping us informed on the narcissist, and loved your pictures from Paris…..by the way, you live in the same town as my brother, Craig Elkins. I believe he does gigs in your area. 🙂 Enjoying a narcissist free holiday.

I’ve been reading this blog for a little while now, and the recent posts about narcissist parents have really struck a chord with me. Helping me,as a now 47 year old, decipher what the heck was going on back there. It has helped a lot. I thankyou for providing the platform that some of us reluctantly seek.

Just caught up on some posts and they’re getting better and better, along with your community following! I absolutely am passionate about personal development, encouraging positive mindset growth, advocating pursuit of true fulfillment, and just sharing tips on how to mindfully live each day peacefully yet purposely. Your “attachment style theory” was more in depth than most and I loved that; And also your “negative impulses turned to positive actions” is spot on; and I’m on board with gratitude journals; accomplishment journals and just journaling in general – it underrated but very necessary. It’s awesome to know there are other people out there sharing their knowledge about mental health wellness&awarebess, personal growth research and just creating an environment where people feel inspired, safe, and included! Love seeing others spreading this kind of awareness, keep it up Dr. EP… prouda you!
