  1. I’ve found this to be especially true when I’m experiencing grief. At times it’s been so strong that it’s a physical sensation rolling in waves over my body. It can’t be good to try to keep all that pent up. Good reminder!

  3. Very true! I am trying more and more each day to acknowledge my feelings. Even though sometimes it gives me anxiety but I think the reason why it does is because they have been ignored. Thanks for this!
